IS THE VETERINARIAN LICENSED?
Yes, both our veterinarian and the veterinarian technicians are licensed in the state of Washington.

CAN ANYBODY BRING THEIR PET TO YOUR CLINIC?
No. Only those individuals or families who we qualify as low-income can bring their pets here.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM, OR MY FAMILY IS LOW-INCOME QUALIFIED?
Complete the Low-Income Application and be able to provide current proof of your status.

CAN SHELTERS AND RESCUES USE YOUR SERVICES?
Yes, they can. We provide services for un-owned animals which include shelter and rescue animals.

I'M FEEDING CATS AND KITTENS THAT BELONG TO NO ONE OR THEY HAVE BEEN DROPPED OFF AT MY PROPERTY. I DON'T MIND FEEDING THESE ANIMALS BUT I DON'T WANT THEM HAVING MORE KITTENS. CAN I BRING THEM TO YOUR CLINIC?
YES! These animals are either feral (have not had contact with humans) or abandoned animals (strays – previously owned animals who have been abandoned by their owner).

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
That depends on the animal and the services that you’re requesting. Please check out our PRICE LIST.

DO YOU ONLY SPAY/NEUTER CATS?
We spay and neuter cats/kittens, puppies/dogs.

HOW OLD DOES A KITTEN/PUPPY HAVE TO BE TO COME TO THE CLINIC?
Kittens can be spayed/neutered if they are healthy when they weigh 2 lbs or more.
Puppies can be spayed/neutered if they are healthy when they weigh 2 lbs or more.

DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
Yes. You must Schedule Your Appointment. We will NOT take walk-ins.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

CAN I BRING MORE THAN ONE ANIMAL AT A TIME?
Yes, you can bring several animals at a time as long as you scheduled them for the appointment.

DOES THE CLINIC GIVE VACCINATIONS?
Yes, we do. Please review the Price & Services List for all services and costs that we provide.
WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO HAVE MY CAT/DOG AT THE CLINIC?
You will be dropping off your animal(s) between 7:30-8:30 a.m. the morning of the clinic.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I PICK UP MY CAT/DOG?
The clinic will call you when your animal(s) are ready to go home (usually between 4:00-6:30 p.m. the evening of the clinic).
HOW LONG WILL MY CAT/DOG BE AT THE CLINIC?
You will be dropping off your animal(s) between 7:30-8:00 a.m. the morning of the clinic and will pick them up the same day between 2:30-4:30 p.m. You will be called when your animal(s) are ready for pick up.

DO I NEED TO DO SOMETHING SPECIAL THE NIGHT BEFORE TO PREPARE MY DOG/CAT FOR THEIR CLINIC APPOINTMENT?

WHAT IF I DONT HAVE ENOUGH CARRIERS?
You’ll need to find/borrow additional carriers from your friends, family, or neighbors. Each cat/kitten must be in their own CLEAN carrier.
